Each class is designed to help you achieve your individual fitness goals. All of our coaches are trained to modify each exercise to fit an individuals needs. We dont focus on the scale for weight loss, we focus on how we feel after each workout and a holistic approach to fitness.

When you join Dream Boot Camp as a Full time dreamer you’ll have full access to all of our classes 6 days a week! You can come and go as often as you like! Just book a class and you’re on your way to a healthier lifestyle.
Our trainers are fully qualified. If you need a little extra support & encouragement or you just need someone to show you the ropes, book a personal trainer to take your session to the next level.
At Dream Boot Camp we take a holistic approach to your health and fitness. We’ll work on strength training, cardio, conditioning and more. If you’d like to focus on building strength, let us know and we’ll help you achieve your goals.
Good heart health is the key to good overall health. We’ll work with you to improve your stamina, and get your heart in tip top condition. It won’t be long before you register for that marathon!
